Big Carp....

As carp anglers we spend vast amounts of time chasing the fish of our dreams and in pursuit of these fish we want to know everything about the fish we are targeting.The history of the fish we chase becomes a great interest to me and many of the anglers I meet.
The Match Lakes at Lancaster is a lake of great importance in Carp fishing. The water became a great learning water to many of the top carp boys today. A huge amount of anglers since the late seventies cut their teeth on this water. The original stocking of fish did well and even better in other waters they were moved to, the Copse, Pads and the Car Park Lake.
